Custom Commission Payment

Wicked Wolf Creations requires a 30% non-refundable down payment, to guarantee a custom commission. Final payments must be received by the beginning of the month prior to the completion month. Late payments will result in a delayed completion date or a canceled commission.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal upon request. We do not accept personal checks. We are not responsible for lost or late payments.

All commissions are subject to the 30% non-refundable deposit, including payments made in full.

Sizing

To create a perfectly fitting full-suit, we ask that all customers submit a duct-tape dummy of their body. This ensures your suit will fit as accurately as possible. We provide a detailed step-by-step tutorial here

on our website that outlines how to make your duct-tape dummy. It’s essential to follow these instructions precisely, as any deviations can lead to a poor fit, and we may ask you to remake the dummy if it’s not done correctly.

The Importance of a Well-Made Duct-Tape Dummy:

The quality of your duct-tape dummy directly affects the fit of the final suit. The more accurately you craft it, the better the fit will be.If you have a preference for how the suit should fit (loose, medium, tight, etc.), please let us know before the suit is made. This helps us tailor the fit to your exact preferences.

Planning for Physical Changes?

If you anticipate changing your body shape, such as gaining or losing weight, we recommend waiting until your body has stabilized before creating the dummy. This way, your suit will fit you best at the time you plan to wear it.If you do expect physical changes (like weight gain), we can adjust the suit size accordingly to accommodate future changes, so your suit will still fit well after your body changes.

Fit Options:

Tighter Fit: Less flexibility and range of motion.

Looser Fit: Greater freedom of movement, but with a more relaxed fit.

If you have any special requests or need adjustments for future body changes, just let us know! We're here to ensure your custom suit fits you perfectly both now and in the future.

Last Minute Alterations

Once the price and completion date for your full-suit order are set, we ask that you

do not make any changes to the character design.

Any alterations made after the agreement could affect the overall cost or the time needed to complete your suit.

Before we begin production, we will work closely with you to review and finalize all the details of the design. This ensures that everything is in place and meets your expectations before the commission is accepted.

Once confirmed, any changes will require a re-evaluation of pricing and timelines.

Your satisfaction is important, so we make sure everything is aligned before we proceed. Please take the time to double-check all aspects of your design, and feel free to ask questions or request adjustments before the final confirmation.

Work-In-Progress Photos

To maintain the focus and efficiency of our production process, we do not offer work-in-progress photos during the creation of your costume.

However, we are committed to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with the final result.

Before we begin, we will carefully review all design details with you to make sure everything is exactly as you envision. If you have any concerns or requests, please let us know at that time.

Our goal is to create a costume that exceeds your expectations, and we’ll work closely with you to ensure that the final product is just what you want.

Shipping

Shipping Information for Custom Commissions
Domestic Shipping (Contiguous United States):

Shipping is included in the price for all commissions within the contiguous United States. We ship exclusively with

FedEx, and a delivery signature is required for all packages. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide us with a name and phone number for the shipping label.

International Shipping:

For international orders, shipping costs are the responsibility of the commissioner. While we prefer to ship with FedEx or USPS, we are happy to ship via any international courier of your choice. Please keep in mind that once the package has left the United States, we are no longer responsible for it.

We strongly recommend that you carefully choose your shipping and insurance options. Additionally, please verify the customs regulations and any import restrictions in your country before placing the order. International shipments, especially large packages, can sometimes experience delays due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Please be patient

during the international shipping process, as customs holds can occasionally cause significant delays.

Concept Art Requirements

At Wicked Wolf Creations, we require a clear concept art to provide an accurate quote for any custom commission. The final product will be created based on the design provided in the concept art. For more details, please visit our Concept Art page for guidance on what we need.

Please note that while we strive to match the concept art as closely as possible, small differences in size, shape, and proportions may occur in the final costume. The actual product may have slight variations due to the nature of the materials and construction process, but the overall design will remain true to the concept.

We are not responsible for including any elements not explicitly shown or agreed upon in the concept art. If you have specific requests or additional details, please make sure they are included in the concept before submitting it for review.

Binding Agreement and Communication Records

Any agreement made between you and Wicked Wolf Creations, including communications via email or other written forms, is considered a binding contract. By accepting a commission from us, you agree to all terms outlined in our Terms of Service. For our records, Wicked Wolf Creations stores digital copies of all communication related to your commission.

This ensures clarity and transparency throughout the process. Please review all correspondence carefully, as it forms part of the official agreement between both parties.
